I wish you were here,
happy, balanced, strong,
but sometimes
all of us need a little help,
and that's ok.

If you are already here, let's start the process.

What are the reasons for seeking treatment?

The reasons for seeking treatment are many and varied and usually focus on solving difficulties that the person faces, such as the search for balance in life, a sense of self-worthlessness, social difficulties, relationship problems and other life pains.

Or, on improving the quality of life and a desire to be happier.

Feeling comfortable and being able to open up to the therapist is the first step in the therapeutic process, sometimes the connection is created from the first session, sometimes it takes several sessions.

How often do you go to a psychotherapist?

Treatment is a process, an individual process that usually takes time and is not defined by a finite number of meetings. In the first meetings, the psychotherapist gets to know the patient and adapt himself to the process he needs, usually once or twice a week for a few months. Some people choose to continue the treatment even for years, it depends on the patient.
